Dog Training Services

Dogs store stress in their bodies just like people do, and this stored stress often shows up as unwanted behaviors. Many common problem behaviors in dogs—such as anxiety, reactivity, and hyperactivity—are rooted in excess stress. Stress is a natural biophysical reaction to stimulation, and when a dog experiences too much stimulus without enough emotional grounding, this energy builds up as stress. Our goal is to help your dog safely release and download this excess energy.

Our Canine Core Method uses core exercises designed to ground your dog’s energy while increasing resilience and emotional balance. Similar to somatic psychology for dogs, our approach recognizes that mind and body are deeply connected: by addressing stress in the body, we help restore mental and emotional balance.

We begin every training journey with a Behavioral Assessment to understand your dog’s unique needs. Following this session, you can continue with personalized lessons in the Canine Core Method, tailored to support your dog’s long-term wellness.

We proudly serve Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a travel surcharge applies outside of our local service area. For details or to schedule a session, please contact us directly.
