Integrated Canine Coaching: A Year of Support

Building regulation, capacity, and connection—together.

One full year of high-touch canine coaching designed to create real-life change through regulation, relationship, and guided support.

This is not traditional dog training because its not about isolated sessions, quick fixes, or learning something that only works in controlled environments.

This is about what happens in the middle of real life.

What This Work Is About

Most dog training happens in structured settings where everything is predictable.

But your real life isn’t predictable.

The challenges you’re navigating with your dog don’t happen in a training room. They happen:

  • On walks when something unexpected appears
  • In the car when excitement or stress builds
  • At home when your dog can’t settle
  • In the moments where you’re unsure what to do next

That’s where this container is focused.

We work with what is actually happening—not an idealized version of it.

Over time, the goal is not obedience or control, but capacity:

  • More space between trigger and reaction
  • More ability to recover after stress
  • More understanding between you and your dog
  • More steadiness in both of your systems

This is work that unfolds over time, not through pressure.

What’s Included

Twice-Monthly Private Coaching Sessions

Consistent, personalized support over the course of a year (24 sessions total).

These sessions are responsive and practical. We work directly with what is showing up in your real life and adjust based on what your dog is actually ready for.

The focus is always on integration—taking what we explore together and helping it become usable outside of the session.

Ongoing Weekly Support

You are not left to figure things out alone between sessions.

You’ll have ongoing access to support through email and text communication, including up to three exchanges per week.

This allows for real-time guidance when things are actually happening—so you’re supported in the moment, not after the fact.

Monthly Group Walks

Structured group walks designed to support:

  • Nervous system regulation in real-world environments
  • Gradual, supported social exposure
  • A sense of ease and grounding for both you and your dog

These walks are not about performance or “perfect behavior.” They are about learning how to stay connected and regulated in shared space.

Immersive Board & Train (2 Weeks Total)

Two weeks of integrated board and train, scheduled based on your needs and timing.

This is not a separation-based “send your dog away to fix a problem” model.

Instead, it functions as:

  • A supportive reset for your dog’s nervous system
  • A foundation-building period in a controlled environment
  • A way to create clarity that we then bring back into your real life together

One Week of Boarding

One additional week of boarding included for use throughout the year.

This can support:

  • Travel or life transitions
  • Reset periods when things feel full or dysregulated
  • Short-term structured support for your dog

Somatic & Regulation-Based Resources

You’ll also receive guided tools and practices to support ongoing integration, including:

  • Co-regulation exercises
  • Proprioception-based movement work
  • Somatic massage guidance
  • Educational video resources

These are designed to help you bring the work into your daily rhythm in a simple, usable way.

Quarterly Deep-Dive Sessions

Every three months, we step back and look at the bigger picture in a 90-minute session.

This is where we:

  • Reflect on what’s shifted
  • Reassess what’s needed
  • Adjust direction with clarity and intention

It keeps the work responsive rather than reactive.

Priority Support

As part of this container, you receive higher-touch responsiveness during more challenging moments.

Who This Is For

This container is for you if:

  • You feel like you’ve tried multiple approaches without lasting change
  • Your dog struggles with reactivity, anxiety, or dysregulation
  • You want to understand your dog more deeply, not just manage behavior
  • You’re ready for consistent support instead of piecemeal solutions
  • You want to feel more grounded and capable in real-life situations

This is not for people looking for quick fixes or rigid training systems.

This is for people who want something more integrated and more sustainable.

What Changes Over Time

Clients in this container often notice shifts like:

  • A greater sense of ease during walks and daily life
  • Faster recovery after moments of stress or reactivity
  • More clarity in understanding what their dog needs
  • A deeper, more connected relationship
  • Increased confidence navigating unpredictable situations

Not because behavior was forced into compliance—but because capacity was built underneath it.

A Different Way of Working Together

This is a year of support, not a series of disconnected services.

It asks for consistency, openness, and a willingness to work with what is actually happening rather than what we wish was happening.

In return, it offers something most training models don’t:

Ongoing support for real-life integration, and a different kind of relationship with your dog—built slowly, through understanding and presence.

Next Step

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to start a conversation.

There is no pressure to decide immediately—this is simply a space to explore whether this kind of support feels like the right fit for you and your dog.

Enrollment begins with a brief application to ensure this container is the right fit for both you and your dog.

This program is limited to five clients per year so each human and dog can be fully supported with the depth and responsiveness this work requires.
