Sept 15th & 16th: Canine Body Language Webinars

Would you like a better understanding of canine body language? Whether you are a dog owner or just a dog lover, it's important to be able to read the subtle signs that a dog is showing you with their body. Posture, muscle tone, ears, eyes, and tail all tell a story, and we want you to be speaking their language! Join Canine Movement Lab and Dog In Neutral for these essential talks. This webinar consists of two parts and you are welcome to take one or both.

Part One

Our first interactive lecture will focus on dog-to-dog interactions. We will be giving a presentation about how dogs greet each other, and how to tell if those greetings are social. A happy, healthy dog has certain body language that makes other dogs feel safe and at ease. Reactive dogs, on the other hand, have certain tell-tale signs that can make doggie interactions tense and potentially unsafe. You should know the signs! This talk takes place on September 15th from 4:00-5:00 pm EST. You can join the Facebook group and watch live, or visit the group at your convenience to watch the video when you have time. You will always have access to this group.

Part Two

The second webinar will focus on dog and human interactions. This will include reading a dog's body language to know when it is safe to approach, and how to best introduce yourself to new dogs. It's important to understand when dogs are inviting contact and when they are asking for space. Dogs give lots of signals that we as humans are not necessarily picking up on unless we've been trained to do so. Dogs can speak to us, if only we would listen! This class will give you the listening skills you need to stay safe around dogs and help keep your companion happy and healthy. Join us for this presentation on September 16th from 4:00-5:00 pm EST, which will be held in a private Facebook group. You can join live or watch at your convenience. You will always have access to this group.

Sign up for both and save! Each class is $39, or you can buy both for $60.

This course takes place on Facebook, so you must be able to log onto this platform in order to participate.
